I bought a new digital scale, it was time to replace my old one, my weight is up 1.2lbs on the new scale. I'm still following a healthy eating habits, lots of fruits and veggies and exercise three to four times a week, my husband and I are going on a family cruse for Christmas and New Years so I want to look good and feel good. Thanks to Fatsecret for all the support in keeping me on track
183.2 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
