I stayed the same this week. But I think it could be because of my monthly! I ran 4 days this week 2 1/2 miles. And I watched my calorie intake pretty well. I would like to get my calories still down to a even 1500 each day except for the weekends I record what I eat but I don't worry so much if its a bunch over 1500. My goal is still 140 & I am finally under 200! My highest was 207 and now I am 198. I feel like I am finally ok with it taking a long time & it being a journey rather a quick fix. I have wasted so much time trying to lose weight fast. I am starting to be happy with myself and how I look. And just wanting to get healthy and lean.
