I began to workout yesterday evening and than stopped. I am afraid now of having that pain again. I'm a bit disappointed in my weight loss this week. My goal is to average 2 pounds loss per week. I am going to try really hard to work out tonight and get back into the groove.

When you're feeling 100% you give it 100%, but give some repair time and if you're feeling 80%, then that's what you can do. Be kind to our body and it be kind to us. :)
