Good morning all! Well, today is a new day. Yesterday was BAD, very BAD! I ate like crap and did no exercise! My husbband and I have been arguing so I am sure that has something to do with it. I just need to learn to not use food for comfort and to actually deal with my issues. I have started out good today. So, here goes nothing!!!
