Very productive day today. Was on my eliptical machine for 30 minutes doing intervals, then it was on to my tone up exercises. I will be VERY shocked if I'm not sore tomorrow; I've been done for about an hour and I can still feel it in my arms. Very happy with today. Here's to keeping it up. Also, today is day 2 of absolutely no sweets or junk food....it's been hard, especially with all the halloween candy at work, but I'm trying my best. I know that if I have that one piece that I will have another so there is absolutely none until I lose this weight.
