I didn't cheat last night! Instead, I went shopping and bought some Aidelles chicken sausage. I use to demo for them and LOVE THEM! I had one portobello and one chicken and apple link. eep fruit but it's still very low carb. Even though it doesn't show I can easily say I'll add another 6 carbs to my day and still be under. Woo!
