Today is my 4th day of Atkins and I'm doing extremely well. I'm also blogging about what I'm eating as well and so far I've had a few people that I know from another message board I'm on bash me.

What they didn't realize is that I installed a counter and tracker that lead me back to a hidden post about my blog. Between that and the comments... It broke my heart and really made me want to run to McDonalds for a large fry.

But then my friends talked me down and told me to keep going. To show those morons who's boss and that I can do this! Make them eat their words I will. <yoda moment> Part of me wants to cry and say WHY Must we be in 3rd grade again?! We're grown women for Gods Sakes!!!

But I'll continue to blog because it's my diary. I have viewers, most are from another board but who cares if they chat about me. I believe in Karma and can only hope it'll take action soon enough. Don't let me stop doing what I'm doing soo well over a few measly comments about how much I'm eating. WHAT I'm eating. People don't understand Atkins... They truly don't. WW doesn't work for everyone ya know...

Girl, just ignore the nay-sayers. You do what you need to do that is right for you. Ignore them and do this for yourself. Keep you chin up and step away from the McDonalds
