i tried to eat properly today. oh my god fuck fuck fuck. i'm lying to myself, it was half, not a quarter bottle. more than 2 days calorie allowances in an hour or two, just on vodka, just drinking alone. then i got the munchies and had a pop tart even though i think they're disgusting (should have binned the packet there and then) which is nearly another half day. i need to get back to eating 100cals or so if i can't keep myself from sadness-drinking. i feel shit but i bet i'll drink more before i sleep. there you go. addictive tendencies. this is why i'm fat.
