Interesting. I weighed myself this morning and I'm back to 274 from yesyerday's 272. I know that's why you shouldn't weigh every day, because it fluctuates, but it's annoying! I actually exercised yesterday, too! That's okay. I'll be extra diligent about tracking my meals today. I ate out twice in the past two days, I'll eat at home today.
