Today has not started off very nicely at all.
On my way in I was almost hit by an idiot driving a one ton pick up because the individual was obviously not paying attention. I had the right of way, the little crossing dude said I did...
Needless to say my nerves are a bit on edge, and I had a very mild anxiety attack after the incident. Not a pleasant way to start the day at all... :(

So my birthday celebrations well there was none.. I did receive alot of wishes on my facebook and that was nice and brightened my day.
Plus my only indulgence was my soy vanille bean latte that I bought myself. Cheaper then wine and did not make me sick like cake did.
It was a little cup of yummy goodness.

Today I have decided, minus the early morning stuff.. that I will attempt to start recording all my food and exercise again. This time hopefully be able to stay on track, and have the scale go down and not up. It will be a battle for me, I will need to overcome the obsession to weigh everyday, to continue eating healthy foods, to curb my addictions to peanutbutter, and to start doing some exercises.
I also reset my weigh in reminder to once a month.

Okay well I guess I should start work now.. :(
Breathing in and out.. keep telling myself that things will be okay..

being alive... :D

I agree with Triaby, things will only get better now. Just do what you can for your anxiety attack and try not to think about what happened. I personally hate traffic and driving, yet I live in a major city that's 5th in the US for bad traffic... grr- so I feel your pain on that one. I swear, DAILY, there is someone who almost runs into me, not paying attention. HUGS! It'll be OK. Happy birthday again, btw. Sorry it wasn't more exciting- I'd have taken you out for a drink or two! :)
