#2

Today is one of those weird days.. I am devoid of feeling anything... I am not happy, sad, mad just a sence of nothingness.
The only emotion I can even think of is worry.. I am worried that if my journals take that negative swing again my buddies will say, forget her.. I know alot of my so-called friends have :(

Anyways I started recording my food again yesterday, need to have some sort of routine to do in the evenings... preferably before bed time.. it will help me with my memory because I will need to recall all the fun stuff I put into my mouth, it will also give me a sence of what I should or should not put in my lunch bag for the following day.

Well that's about it... nothing too special to report anyways.

Grateful for;
family
my job
ability to pay bills
food in the fridge
coffee
clean drinking water
having a safe place (home)
my buddies here
comments from my buddies here
being able to care about others...

No one is going to abandon you! We will be here no matter the mood. It's just part of life and you can't be faulted for how you feel. I'm glad you communicate, how else can we help be supportive if we don't know? Try to smile and have a good day as often as you can remember to. I struggle with the staying positive thing, too, so I'll be right there with you, reminding myself that everything is cool and all is right with the world despite the anxiety that constantly seeps in around my edges. *BIG Hugs*, chica.

Awww - take Buddy Abandonment off the list of worry! It's a little like quicksand, isn't it? When a person steps in quicksand, they naturally struggle. The more they struggle he deeper they go. The way out of quicksand is lie down flat getting all your body in contact with it so you can float on top and move to the safe area. Our emotions are exactly the same - the more we struggle, the deeper we sink. The more we allow contact witht he feelings and "Float" the sooner we hit the safe more comfortable place - at least this what can work for me. Have a happy one and love the gratitude list!

I would always rather someone come to me for support than to hide their feelings for fear of my judgment. We are here for you and will not abandon you! Big hugs!

Dear Pamula, here we buddies are like a family, so we will never let you feel this feeling of emptiness again. Its good that you shared your feelings / emotions with us. Expressing emotions is not everyone's cup of tea. Many people were never taught how to express their Emotions. Because they do not know how to express them, they wind up repressing their emotions instead. Expressing emotions is the best way to release the pent up feelings. In my point of view, one should recognize the importance of expressing emotions in life, because unexpressed emotions affect our life. Wish you the best. :)
