Made it through a birthday party with only minimal damage. Usually I go nuts at partys, but I ate slowly and was able to be satisfied on normal portion sizes.
232.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
