Yay, I'm going shopping today. I did it, I made it, I have stayed in the 180's for 7 seven days, and this is the first mini goal I have met. Today i am going to be happy and enjoy this. Tomorrow I will set the next mini goal, and begin the hard work of meeting it.
186.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
