I didn't do so well yesterday. I know this is just a minor backslide, so I have to keep working at it and not give up. I ate a green salad and a fruit salad at work, Which is weird cuz I never eat at work. Then I came home, had a foot long turkey breast from subway and a 44oz soda. That's more than I had eaten all week. Time to be vigilant, time to not let my guard down and time to get this weight off.

Today I pleadge to myself:

1. I will not eat at work and only drink water
2. I will eat dinner at home, but a small and healthy one
3. I will think positive and maximize my energy output.

Even though you are losing weight, you need to be able to live. A salad and fruit are very healthy, so if you are hungry at work, those are great choices. If you try to lose weight on not enough calories (under 1000 daily), you can everntually stop losing altogether. You can also mess up your metabolism for a life time. Every time you try to diet, it can become harder and harder to lose weight. Not sure what diet plan you are following, but eating a balanced healthy diet and exercise is the key to getting off the diet yo-yo train. Good luck!
