Even though you are losing weight, you need to be able to live. A salad and fruit are very healthy, so if you are hungry at work, those are great choices. If you try to lose weight on not enough calories (under 1000 daily), you can everntually stop losing altogether. You can also mess up your metabolism for a life time. Every time you try to diet, it can become harder and harder to lose weight. Not sure what diet plan you are following, but eating a balanced healthy diet and exercise is the key to getting off the diet yo-yo train. Good luck!
