Taking a buddy's advice and not getting on the scales until my next weigh in on Friday. Scary!

I will do this with u! It's a great idea. Because usually when i drop few pounds i end up eating more, thinking that i deserve it. Then by the end of the week i would be back to my start weight which is frustrating.

I say weigh yourself whenever it works for you. I read that most successful dieters weigh themselves at least weekly, and 70% of them weigh themselves daily. I didn't weigh myself for 3 days in a row this week and it did feel like I was avoiding something, even though my schedule was jacked this week and I could literally not get to the scale until today. It's just so frustrating when it hasn't moved in 2 months.

Disappointed to find I only lost 0.4 lb. Had hoped for much more!
