Morning All! Great start for the weekend.. Last night I went to movies with my sis which was a delight.. I never have me time so a couple hours away from the house was wonderful! :) I think I did well, I took pork skins and a diet soda so I wouldn't cheat at the movie theatre.. I had a little temptation but I stuck to the diet. Movie was good, time with sis was great and this morning I woke up and got on the exercise bike for 58 minutes! :) Hope everyone has a great weekend. BTW I would love to chat with some buddies for support.. have a good one..
Does anyone drink Starbucks? Tempted to try a Skinny Vanilla Latte last night but didn't know the carb intake.. Anyone know the carb count?
