changed my goal weight again..cant believe i am under 56..(by 200 grams)..i am happy with what i weigh, i dont mind if it takes longer to hit new goal 55 ..im still trying to get some exercise in during the week..at least 4 times a week..im still training for new job and working last week at previous unti 1 of the month..this is very stressful on my every day schedule ..no time for myself..
