Sorry to put anyone off their dinner!

Really weird, one day I feel pumped and tight after eating loads of sh**
Another day I feel fat and not defined or pump after eating good or less food
Do what I always do …. just keep going

Got to admit pre Christmas I felt great had about 800-1000 calories but last 3 weeks eat crap and that’s exactly what I felt like
