On the bright side of today, I'm down .5 lbs. Not much but better down than UP! lol
Today could be a doosey! I'm not sure what to expect. In tax seasons past, my boss has usually been in a happy, chipper mood the last day of tax season. However, he hasn't usually been so stressed and pressured towards the end, like this year. So, I'm preparing myself for either a happy boss or a grumpy boss, today. lol As I walk in the front door today and take a DEEEEEEPPPP BREATH, I will put on a happy face and hope for a smooth day.
Tomorrow my life should return back to "normal". I've missed "normal". LOL
Looking forward to starting my food journal on FS, too. Hoping it won't take me too long to get used to it. I WILL LOSE WEIGHT!

Well, I let my "fat" self out...prolly as an excuse to deal with the FRICKIN' STRESS! I'm still sitting here at work, 6:04pm, waiting for the other CPA to get his "extensions" printed out so I can take them to the post office...since he doesn't drive a car and takes the bus everywhere. Yes, 40+ some years old and has never driven. So, I got to leave for a short time, had my oil changed and while I was waiting, walked over to Starbucks and ordered a full fledged, high calorie, peppermint white chocolate latte, along with a toffee almond bar. Ate it and wondered what the hell I was doing ordering such a thing...since I'm now a "healthy" person. LOL Okay, so I gotta retrain my brain still to handle stressful situations without turning to the high calorie crap. I suppose part of me knew that starting tomorrow I've vowed to start logging my food on the FS food journal and had to have my last "hoorah". lol Yeah, didn't think it'd fly but had to try. lol

Last "hoorah"... or "phttt"?? LOL Whatever, girlfriend!!! =P Yeah, I've cheated too. Sux... I always feel badly about it afterwards, which doesn't help the over all mental condition that got me there in the first place! lol Blah. Well, maybe you'll feel sick from all the sugary fat you ate and you'll not want to forget it later!!! LOL Take you sugar tomorrow and see what it may have done to help you remember why you don't wanna do that!! Can ya tell I got my ridin' boots on?? =D xoxo loves ya!

Imagine ME speechless..I'm about there. I can relate to stress, we all can...but you my friend, your only hurting yourself and your goals. Next time you feel stressed, why don't you just tell someone how it is, rather than hurt yourself? You can do it. Remember, "nothing taste as good as thin feels". I have faith in ya. Did you know that a toffee bar and a grande white mocha are about 820 calories? Brush off the dirt, or white mocha!!!! and get back in the game. Come on girlfriend. Don't allow other peoples actions to give you excuses to put all those wasted calories in your body. I know you can do this!

I tried to find a better choice for you this morning but ended up in a rush. Do you have a coffebean there? If so, go there, try the americano or a latte if you must...Americano has no calories though) with the "NO SUGAR ADDED VANILLA or MOCHA". I love it, its a treat to me. I had to ask them if they were sure there was no sugar in it. Try that drink my friend, see if you can swap out drink treats.
