I met friends for my Birthday dinner and presents last evening. Went to Applebee's. Order Chicken and Broccoli and Ice tea. First time I drank anything but water, and could not fall asleep last night. Was after 2:30 before finally relaxed. Will not have ice tea for dinner again. Blood sugar at 6pm was 121. Had tuna for lunch and strawberries. Must have been a good combination. Will have tuna for one meal each day this weekend. See how that goes for blood sugar levels. This morning bs was 143. Better than it has been for weeks.
