what is the abc diet just started today i have about 20 pounds to lose and thinking about atkins diet

It's a pro-anorexia diet but I'm taking it as extreme as is set. I'm adding about 200calories per day, It has a set limit on how much you can eat per day. How healthy it is depends on what you eat but it's is not the healthiest by any means, just a way to get the weight down fast and then you slowly come to a normal fashion of eating to keep it steady and more healthy. http://www.abc-diet.com/
