Don't really know whats going on with me........!!!! I have been trying very hard to do the right thing; eating right and not cheating, still don't know!!!! I lose and gain the same pounds! Totally concerned!!!!!!!!!!!

Vera, I'm so sorry you're having difficulties. When we do everything seemingly right, we want results! Go back to logging every food, every meal, every day. Recheck your weights on everything you're eating. Log all your own ingredients/foods....not someone else's "recipe." It may seem more putsy, but YOUR brands and YOUR amounts may differ significantly from someone else's. Give up the Atkins bars - at least for now. I saw a lot of them in the menus I could see and you may be having problems with the sugar alcohols in them, even though your net carbs are coming out on target. Replace the bars with appropriate whole, fresh foods. Follow your plan without the bars for a week and see what happens. Good luck!

I had an Atkins bar and it messed me up for a whole week. Don't give up!! Try giving them up for two weeks and see from there.

I agree about the extras, low-carb bread,Atkins bars, and other low-carb foods that are not the basics of induction, they all seemed to make me hungrier in the past and then before I knew it I was overindulging in these treats. I have found that wrting down everything that I eat is the biggest help. I keep better track of what I am eating and am more conscious of what I am about to put in my mouth if I know I am going to have to write it down.
