Struggling-stressed out :-(

However did exercise this morning 10 mins and lunch 30 mins walking
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

At least you got some activity in, that's a start. For me this time of year is so hard with holidays, activities, family, treats, etc. The stress can pile on and the treats and easy options, like fast food, are sometimes hard to resist. I find it's sometimes easier for me if I have some healthier or lower calorie options around so I'm not constantly eating junk when I'm stressed. Just keep on moving forward. You can do this!!
