I am 39 and a working Mum. My son is 5 and we share the best of times. I love being a Mum but I still want to get my figure back (pre-pregnancy). I used to run and cycle but I don't get the time now. I joined this site because I need some focus because I tend to graze eat all day; and just come back from a holiday which added abit more weight on.
