I've been eating pizza on the weekends and induldging in some sweet treats. Which is why I've been stuck around 180 for the last 6 months. I also hadn't been running as much and I have not been using my weight set at all! I've been running more and am about to add my weights into my workout regime again! Here I come 160!!!
