Last week:

79.4 Kg (175 Lbs) and 17.2% Fat.

This week:

79.28 Kg (174.8 Lbs) and 17.1% Fat.

Practically didn't lose anything this past week. Can only blame myself, poor dieting through the weekends and also I've stopped doing my Push-ups.

Oh well, just 2+kgs to go.

Next weigh-in better be good, because Beer Fest is next Saturday.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
