I'm out of control this week. My dad is coming into town today for a 2 week visit from Los Angeles. I'm super happy about that but I have been spending the past week and a half doing a deep house cleaning nights and weekends. On top of that, I have been super busy with a couple of software crisis at work plus my 15 year old son decided this would be a good time for him to not turn in assignments which caused his grades to drop. I just had a parent teacher conference this morning at 7:00 am (my usual workout time)
The good news is that I am super motivated to get myself back into the gym now. That's the only way I will get the results I want. I can do cardio all day, the only way I can get to my idea weight is through weight training and diet.
So all is not lost, I know what I have to do. After my father's visit, perhaps even while he is still here I am going to find my way to the gym!!! I am determined! This must be done.
