OK, today I plan to have a plan. I think that is key. I will record what I eat, write in my journal and plan dinner tonight instead of grabbing whatever is in the fridge and never being satisfied. Just for today I will choose healthy choices. Just for today I will be positive that I can do this. Just for today I will maintain my will to lose weight. Just for today. And then maybe I can do it again tomorrow.
It's almost time for bed and I think I'm doing OK. I had a piece of cake for lunch today - I had to go to a retirement party so I skipped lunch and just ate a piece of white cake about 2 X 2 inches square. Not great but not horrible either.
I've kept busy tonight and that always helps. I just want to make it until bedtime...and then I will be able to start on a more positive note tomorrow.
