Still not able to update my challenge progress so here goes:

Learn how to tie knots, filter water, sew, build a shelter, etc.

4. Learn Self-Defense/Martial Arts
See if there are any programs near you to learn self defense or some kind of martial arts. Its a good way to stay safe and become more fit at the same time!
