Whoo hoo! Back down to 140lbs. That surprisingly didn't take too long.

Now for the hard part... getting (and staying) UNDER 140lbs.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
