Day 79: trying to figure out how I am going to schedule my work outs once I go to 12hr shift, either get up at 4:00 am before work and work out or do it after work...? I am scared that it if I put it off till after work I will use being tired as an excuse to not do it, when I worked 12s before I would get up and work out before work but I went in at a later time so maybe I will just have to try it both ways and see which is the best.
Jogged the farthest today, yeah me. Gonna cook up some salmon, that the hubby caught, tonight. First meat I've had in a little over a week, still trying to slowly go into the veggie and whole grain thing, so far so good.
