Up a smidge after yesterday's record low, but I'm still happy with my progress overall.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Evelyn - thank you! That's really kind, and I appreciate it!! :) Juno - thanks mate! Oh, I do screw up from time to time (see today's journal!) - I just don't let it turn into more than a day or two off the rails, especially now I'm so close to that final goal!! :D
