DAY 89!

FASTING DAY!

Finally out of the 90's.....I'm thrilled. Its been a long 10 days.

Some days were fine, like yesterday but others were just horrible because I over consumed carbs which thru me into gastro-distress.

I am noticing a trend that after my food day(s), the very 1st fasting day following feels very energetic and the weight loss on the 2nd fasting day is greater.

Hmmm....logically I guess its becasue the body still has fuel from the food day that it is consuming on the 1st fasting day and by the time it realizes (2pm-ish) there is no more fuel it forces the fat cells open to dump energy in the blood stream to keep up with the energetic pace for the rest of the day and repairative stage over night.

If this is the reason fasting day two weight loss is so great then I totally get way this Eat-Stop-Eat thing is so effective. Tricking the body to not hold back and conserve the fat cells.

As I have experienced, in longer fasting periods, weight loss grinds to a horrible hault after 3-5 days of fasting and then trickles off. So, the sweet spot of big weight loss is in the first 3-5 days of fasting.
