Today was a great moving day!! I checked my BP and WOW I was 123/87- oh did I forget to mention that I have suffered from High BP for the last 9 months!!! Yep!!! One of my highest reading was 143/101~~~ So losing weight with a healthy lifestyle is a great improvement!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 October 2012:

Great BP - Congrats! BP is what got me started on my lifestyle change too....I had a 168/90+. That scared me. Glad to see u r having success, It's encouraging! Ur pic of ur baby is beautiful too. Good luck to u!
