DAY 90!

FASTING DAY!

This should be a day of feeling blue because the scale went up a bit but its NOT!

I know the root cause. I ate dinner at 9pm, getting home late from the office. At that time the body is in the process of switch gears to repairative stage over night and is not focused on digestion like it would be from 12-8pm. Plus, the weight of the meat I ate added to the scale this morning.

I am confident the scale will continue in its downward path with my fasting and low carb routine. Eat like The Lions eat. Enjoy the meal and then rest the body from digestion for a few days.

I feel great today!

I am almost out of the "90 days's to go" stage!!! Woo Woo!
319.7 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
