Starting to move down some thankfully. I started Tom yesterday so maybe some of the issue.. Could be all of the issue I suppose :-( either way I'm thinking I'm not going to make the wellness program by Friday. Sad but true.
238.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
