I just can't do this to myself anymore. up and down... up and down. i am so uncomfortable in my clothes today. I don't want to be cliche and do the resolution thing... but OMG.... i have to start.... today is the day! Logging my foods, getting my water in and getting my workout. Day 1 successful!
