My Daughter's girl scout party did me in yesterday. I induldged in a little more pizza than I should have and I'm paying the price this morning. My weight jumped about 3lbs since last night. Although, now I know that for me the main thing I need to concentrate on is keeping my fat intake down and my protein up because my calorie consumption for yesterday was no more than usual.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
