DAY 94!

A couple of days ago I up'd the carbs when at a work function and I had a very bad reaction.

One of the great things about a very low calorie, low carb diet you get supreme and glorious numbness in your stomach and after the first day the head fogness goes away.

But after I ate more carbs then allowed, the next day was so hard and I had extreme hunger pains. I immediately went back to a fasting day of all water. Just to be sure I was in the clear, I added one more day of fasting.

I woke up this morning feeling as if I could go even longer with the fasting. But want to get back into a low carb, water fasting alternating plan. It slows the weight loss down but its worth it mentally.

I also need to research why every time I start a new diet my critical carb level seems to drop even more. I am noticiing that if I eat more that 10 grams, my weight loss stalls. I am basically staying on fats and proteins only.
