I am doing ok on my diet, just ok. I have gone over my daily intake a couple days this week. I am losing only about a pound a week, which I am happy with but I would like to lose more than that. I am going to try to stay within my caloric intake today.
I have been trying to either cook myself rather then go through the drive through,the thing is I am not the best cook and to be frank I suck at following a recipe. I have also been trying to get those low-cal frozen diners ie South Beach Diet meals, healthy choice, they are very tasty and healthy. I have been getting little workouts in. I have lost a lot of weight I just need to discipline myself a little more.
Thanx for all your comments they really help me out, I appreciate it. If you could, I would like some feedback on my diet calendar, maybe let me know if my choices make sense.
