Doing great! I'm down a couple of pounds in 2 days. I'm not saying that's a healthy weight loss rate or even sustainable, but we all know how this roller coaster goes. I'm really happy with my progress. I can't wait to see measurements soon. I'm looking forward to fitting into all of my favorite jeans again. Luckily this diet hasn't been too hard to follow. I find I'm not hungry as often when I eat right and get all of the bad sugars out of my system. I can't wait to see where I get at the end of all of this.
