I am confused about low-carb pasta. I bought some "Dreamfields" pasta. But it says that it still has a lot of carbs in it. Under the Nutritional Facts it says that it has 42g(!!!!) carbs per serving. And yet, on the back, it says it has 5g (????) of "digestible carbs". What does this mean? Because it's fiber content is not THAT good. Does anyone understand this?

Go to the Dreamfields website. It explains all about what this means. Only count the 5g and stick to one serving. Good luck!
