I have not given up, just had an extremely busy past few months. Obviously, I’ve gained 5 lbs. I have been beyond exhausted at several points and just ate gluten free at times instead of sticking with keto. That didn’t help my exhaustion at all. I’ve been doing under 50 g carbs over the holidays to just maintain and will be back to 30 and under after.
