Not feeling well today at all. Missed going to the gym today but Ijust couldn't do it.I am not going to beat myself up about it though. I know I have been doing well and I missed because I am sick, not because I am lazy! Of course, not feeling well didn't help my eating. That IS my own fault. I stayed in bed late and missed breakfast. Then felt hungry and 'snacky' I guess, for the rest of the day. I ate about 100 calories more than I intend to eat in a day. And it really was empty calories. But it is what it is. I just need to get right back on track tomorrow. I AM getting up and going to the gym regardless of how I feel!
