Just started to follow my intake 10/01 and I plan on trying to make an effort to produce an exercise routine that I can stick to. I used and injury as an excuse to stop exercising. From the time I stopped July 19, 2011 until this day I have gained 15 lbs. I'm lookin forward to try and lose the 15 lbs + more going forward. I will see how it pans out.
