I don't know if you're adding all of your food to your diet calendar every day or not, but from what I can see, it looks like you are going over some days and under other days. Also, your caloric intake appears to be very low. Try keeping your carbs at 20g or below and your calories at least above 1000. Also, try just snacking on small things throughout the day. This will keep your metabolism up. And drink half of your weight in ounces of water every day. Don't give up! You'll look beautiful in your wedding dress!

Try tracking everything you eat, Tina - it would be easier for the rest of us to see what you might need to do. In general though, perhaps you're not yet in ketosis. Once you get there, you'll have energy to spare. That's one of the way to tell whether or not you're in or out of ketosis. Eat pats of real butter for snacks, or coconut oil, bacon is always good for snacking. Good luck!

I like to snack on sugar-free Jell-O. You can eat the whole bowl if you want! :D Also, pork skins/rinds. They're really filling, again no carbs, and for me it satisfies that need to crunch on something. There are several snacks listed in the Recipe section here that are 1 carb or less per serving. Go to Recipes, click "Low Carb" in the right side panel, then click on "Under 1 Net Carb" on the right side, and then on "Snacks" on the right side. The Peanut Butter cookies are really easy to make and they cook fast. They are delicious. Also, the Deviled Eggs and the Sausage Cheese Balls. Just make a whole bunch at a time and eat on them all day! Hope this helps!

Hi again - you might want to cut out the fast foods and the Atkins products. Those can really hinder most of us when we're trying to lose weight. Best to stick to whole foods that you prepare yourself. That way you know exactly what you are eating. Stay away from fake fats - those will often cause us to stall and also make us feel really sluggish. I ate at Texas Roadhouse last Friday and I am just now starting to feel good again. Between the fake butter, fake oils in the dressing and the chemical tenderizer they put on the meat and goodness only knows what else...I felt like hell for days. Next time I'll choose to starve until we get home.

Yes, I agree with maggamin on the Atkins products. The sugar alcohols in them make me bloated and gassy lol.

Oh, I almost forgot my favorite snack! A piece of ham and a slice of cheese rolled up together. I fix several at a time so I can just grab one when I get the urge to eat something :)
