its been 2 full months going to gym
its been a full month eating healthy
yes, its hard staying motivated
but its not as to lose weight
so i realised that yesterday
ive lost 10kg's since the beginning of this year, so excited.
anywho, yesterday, i woke up to do my laundry, and washed all my pants
and the only jeans available were jeans i hadn't worn for over a year
so i though, ah well, i might as well just check
and to my suprise, THEY FITTED, omg
made my day.
and to think of it, last year i couldnt even button them.
i lost a dress size. im so excited to actually see what november brings
