Good Monday morning! I've now made it just over a week in Induction and I feel so good! And I've lost 3 lbs! I still have a long way to go. This Sunday is my first-ever 10K! I know I can finish, but I don't know if I can beat the race's time limit of 80 minutes. We will see.

Definatley back on track! Good Job, Lisa Kay. So excited for you for Sunday. I'm sure you will do awesome and come in at least 79.5 min! :) Remember not to try to weigh in on Monday, after a big body stressor like this, your body will retain water to "heal" it's muscles. Wait until at least Wednesday and be happy.
