well ive tried the low fat no sugar way with all the diet sodas and now after reading about splenda being used in pecticides im going back to sugar...

the lesser of the two evils and ive been two days without the diet stuff so im hoping to lose weight ... and tone up and feel not so tired all the time from diet ..... welll i wish myself good luck since no one else will.... im so glad weve got this site...

I would stay away from all sodas diet or otherwise. Diet soda is just a crutch that needs to be tossed to the side and regular pop is just empty calories with no nutritional value. Water, fat free milk are your best friends and juices only in very limited amounts.
