It takes too long to write down all the ingredients and measures of a meal. I can tell you that on the curves complete diet that your daily in take is 1/3% protein, 1/3% fat, and 1/3% carbs. You eat 5 times a day. Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack, and dinner.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
